We will make every effort to promote the construction of hydroelectric new rural electrification counties, and especially strengthen guidance for the 365 central subsidized investment projects with a capacity of 1.5 million kilowatts arranged this year. This year, we will start 38 new small hydropower fuel projects with a capacity of 110000 kilowatts, continue to focus on the construction of 152 ongoing projects with a capacity of 400000 kilowatts, and strive to put 50 small hydropower fuel projects with a capacity of 150000 kilowatts into operation. Actively promote the transformation of rural hydropower direct power supply areas' power grids. He also stated that after a year of effort, the coverage of rural hydropower safety supervision has reached 90% This year, the national safety supervision coverage rate is expected to reach 95%. We will actively carry out safety inspections and strive to promote the standardization of safety production. At the same time, formulate technical standards for green small hydropower evaluation, minimum ecological flow, landscape integration, etc., improve the ecological environment protection requirements for rural hydropower planning, design, construction, and operation in the existing standard system table, and build a systematic rural hydropower technical standard system.
